75 Hard Complete???

I started on 26 December, 2022 – and today (10 March, 2023) is my last day. Simply put, the binary nature of 75 Hard means you either do it or you don’t. With that in mind – I did NOT complete the program. I can think of a bunch of excuses to justify my outcome…but that’s the point of the program: NO EXCUSES.

So…instead of starting over at day one when I wouldn’t quite drink a full gallon or forgot to take a picture, I just forged ahead with what I’ll assess as 98% of doing the five required things every day.

My results:
I started at 196 pounds, fairly sluggish, and a blood pressure score that was higher than I wanted. As of this morning, I’m 182 pounds, full of energy, and my most recent BP was perfect. I’ve read 4.5 books, am stronger than I have been in a long time – and am happy to report I plan to continue my regime 6x days a week…with a few extra runs thrown in. I plan to do nothing on Sundays and will be continuing my reading.

Despite my self-assessed failure – I do consider my overall results to be amazing. I’m happy I did this…and I might attempt it to 100% in the future. For now, I’m glad I chose to give it a shot!
